Welding
Metal 3's metalworking expertise shines through in the pipe and frame welding field. A team of highly specialized operators are well-versed in TIG, MIG/MAG welding, and brazing techniques using brass and silver alloys. Their extensive experience encompasses various materials, including stainless steel and aluminium. Robotic and automatic welding methods are integral to our company's approach, ensuring the delivery of quality results for furniture projects and beyond.
Types of welding services
Metal 3 provides a comprehensive suite of high-precision welding services executed by skilled operators, encompassing TIG, MIG, and MAG welding techniques. This versatility enables the company to meet diverse requirements, working with a wide range of materials, including delicate ones, all while maintaining unwavering precision and durability.

TIG Welding
TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding is an excellent choice for heat-sensitive materials like stainless steel, aluminum, and copper alloys, ensuring a harmonious balance between sealing and aesthetics.
MIG/MAG Welding
MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and MAG (Metal Active Gas) welding are ideal for processing both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, acclaimed for their speed and versatility.
Brazing
Brazing is a suitable method for various materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass, offering an excellent way to achieve highly aesthetic welds.

Welding lines available
The welding department features 10 manual welding stations, each with a TIG, MIG welder and brazing system, and 2 robotic welding systems:
ABB ROBOT with Fronius welding machine uses the MIG welding process and is very well suited for welding inserts and structural elements where the price factor is king.
PANASONIC ROBOT with integrated welding machine: a new generation robot, very versatile as it can weld MIG, TIG x fusion and TIG with overlay. It guarantees aesthetic and productivity results at the top of market standards.
Both robotic stations feature a double spindle positioner with a tilting mechanism. It is the optimal solution for welding furniture frames as the complete rotation allows you to always find the best welding position.
There is a flash welder capable of welding head-to-head both tubular and solid profiles, ensuring a perfect joint in the shortest time possible.
