This experience enables Metal 3 to shape any profile, including solid rods and flat bars, and precisely bend drawn and ground profiles, thanks to specific equipment designed for tube bending.
Tube and profile bending machinery
Metal 3 has two E-TURN tube benders offering both right and left bending capabilities, fixed and variable radii, and single or multi-radius bending. The VGP3D three-dimensional visual programming system simulates production, calculates execution times, and checks for potential collisions.

Metal 3 specialises in bending and shaping tubes made of various materials. However, its capabilities extend beyond tubes alone. With the BLM DH4012 wire bender featuring a double head and double turret, Metal 3 can work on solid profiles as well.
Maximum measurements
The E-TURN tube bending machines, state-of-the-art equipment in the field of bending, are capable of working with tubes up to a maximum diameter of 52 mm. Using the BLM DH4012 wire bender, you can bend the solid round bar with complete freedom, thanks to its double head and double turret, up to a maximum diameter of 12 mm.

Once the program is completed, it can simulate production by calculating actual execution times and precisely verifying any potential collisions, ensuring reliability before proceeding with the actual execution of the piece.
Finally, the B_Import functionality also enables you to directly import and process three-dimensional models in IGES or STEP format.
